Public libraries, school libraries, research institutions and street children schools in Vietnam are the most suitable to receive books from VCDS. Libraries in Vietnam face difficult financial conditions, with little if any money available for the maintenance and update of their books collections. We choose to give books to these institutions because we believe those are the most accessible by readers in Vietnam whether they're students, professionals, researchers or children. By providing them with books we collect from English speaking countries, we will help them enrich their books collections while at the same time making our books available to a great number of readers.
